About the Role Noosh Stump Removal & Landscape Restoration is looking for a dependable, hardworking Landscaper to join our team in Salem. We specialize in helping homeowners restore and renew their properties. We focus on high-quality restoration work that requires craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
This position starts as Part-Time, with the opportunity to move into Full-Time hours as we head into the busy season.
What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently on some projects and collaborate effectively on larger jobs. While this is a landscaping role, we give strong preference to candidates with experience in:
- Tree Care & Pruning: Knowledge of proper trimming and pruning techniques.
- Climbing/Rigging: Experience assisting with or performing tree climbs.
- Stump Grinding: Ability to safely operate grinding machinery.
Responsibilities
- Landscape Restoration: Perform comprehensive restoration tasks to renew residential properties.
- Project Execution: Complete assigned projects from start to finish with high precision.
- Site Assessment: Evaluate site conditions and recommend safe, effective solutions.
- Communication: Speak clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
- Safety & Integrity: Maintain a clean, professional, and safe job site at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous professional landscaping experience is REQUIRED.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to troubleshoot on the fly and take initiative without constant supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
